Seorak Mountain

A couple of weekends ago, Matt and I headed to Seoraksan, which is a large national park in Gangwon province.

We stayed in Sokcho, which is a nearby coastal city. It had a fairly large downtown so we were able to go to a few stores, and there was also a festival going on with many performers.

But the main draw to Sokcho for us was Seoraksan National Park.

A little cave that had a shrine inside.

A little cave that had a shrine inside. It was exhausting and terrifying getting here, especially when we passed someone on the stairs and had to let go of the railing!
